The VR/PC Proof-of-Concept build of Firmament was our initial working demonstration model of Firmament.

It's a rough build of the game, playable in VR or on flatscreen PC, with all the dings and dents a game in development has. It's not polished and perhaps not perfect, but it's a sneak peek into this new world Cyan created.

It was only available to the press, select streamers, and those backers pledging at the $250 or higher tiers, and was delivered to those eligible to play it in 2019.

On Monday, October 17th, 2022, access to the Proof-of-Concept build was temporarily removed from those who had it. This removal is allowing Cyan to dot the i's and cross the t's necessary to get the game ready for launch in digital retailer outlets.
