Trying to validate my support site account, I get the message "Page not found." What do I do?

The reason you are not able to complete your registration at our support ticketing site is because the web browser is redirecting the http:// part of the site address to https://.  

e.g. http://support.cyan.com is being redirected to https://support.cyan.com.  

If you are not able to resolve this issue by adjusting your browser settings, please write to us directly at support@cyan.com to submit your support request. Thank you!
