How do international shipping issues affect what I buy from the Cyan Store?

We've learned the United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail shipping to some destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. 


Unfortunately at this time this means that we are forced to use alternate shipping providers for some of our products, and some products may not be available for sale in your region. If products are available, you might notice that your shipping costs are higher than they have been in the past. Please know that we only pass on the shipping rates we are given, and do not use shipping as an opportunity to make additional profit.

While we have not been given any guidance on how “temporary” this suspension of shipping via USPS will be, we will return to our regular shipping services through the USPS as soon as they are available to us again.
