Before Firmament is released, Fangamer needs to be sure they have your current information so that all the rewards you pledged to receive will be sent to you at the right place! 

Your digital game key for Windows (2D & VR) and MacOS will be sent via email the day Firmament is released. 

Fangamer will email your game code to the email address you used when you pledged, regardless of whether you pledged on Kickstarter or through Fangamer directly. 

Please take a moment now to mark the email address orders@fangamer.com as a “Safe/Trusted Sender” in your email settings, so that Fangamer’s important emails about your rewards will not go missing!

Please Note: 

As we approach launch day, there are many in-game pieces to lock down. 

One of these is the in-game credits, which include our Backers. 

Backers who change their survey's name-in-the-credits entry after March 15th may not see the change reflected in the game. 

The locking of the Fangamer Firmament Backer Survey will happen later, and we'll announce it in a Kickstarter Update, making sure plenty of notice is provided.
