If you believe you did not receive a digital download code, there’s a good chance you actually have received it but didn’t realize it.

Please check your Inbox, Junk mail, Spam, and Trash folders under the email address you backed Obduction with and look for an email from Humble Bundle delivered on (or just after) August 24th, 2016. That email is the one sent to Backers which included the codes to redeem a Steam or GOG key for Obduction.

If you were an Obduction Kickstarter Backer and you cannot find the Humble Bundle email from August 24th, 2016, please contact Cyan Support at support@cyan.com

As a Backer, to find your downloaded “digital” backer items located on PC/Mac, please go to Obduction in your Steam game library, right click on Obduction and select ‘properties’. Click on the ‘Local Files’ tab and select ‘Browse Local Files’. Your items will be found in that folder.
